Founded in 1988, by Bertrand Dessureault, DESSURO DESIGN INDUSTRIEL INC. (DDI) is a product design consultancy that has more than two hundred product designs to its credit. President and sole shareholder, Mr. Dessureault is a certified ADICQ industrial designer that graduated from the CVM in 1984. He then worked as the engineering department coordinator from 1984 to 1988 for Corcan Industries where he participated in the design and technical development of commercial and institutional furniture.

A disciple of the SAFE design method (Simple, Appropriate, Functional, Esthetic), his numerous product design achievements made him acquire a great expertise in marketing, fabrication processes and materials. In May of 1998, Mr. Dessureault was a member of the ADIQ 500 jury in charge of rewarding the best CVM student design projects.
